Lutron does one thing, and does it remarkably well: it manages light. The light from your fixtures, and the light coming through your windows. At Adom, it's the brand we use for lighting control, and the only one we install for motorized shades, blinds and drapery. Why? Because lighting and shades should speak the same language.

Keypads you'll want to touch
Palladiom and Alisse keypads are designed as design objects. Glass, metal or finishes matched to your walls: they blend with the décor instead of standing out. Each button is engraved for what it does, so the whole family, and your guests, can use them without instructions.
Prefer your phone or your voice? The Lutron app lets you control every room, create favorite scenes, check in remotely and trigger a scene automatically when you arrive home. It also works with Siri, Alexa and Google Home.

Daylight and shades: designed together
A beautiful home has several light sources that work together: ceiling fixtures, a wall sconce, under-cabinet lighting, and the daylight coming through the windows. Lutron manages all of it with the same touch.
At the windows, we often combine two shades: a solar shade during the day, which cuts glare and protects your furniture while keeping the view, and a blackout shade at night for privacy and sleep. Motorized drapery adds softness and warms up the acoustics. In a living room, it makes the same difference as a well-cut jacket on a suit.

When we recommend Lutron
Almost always, whenever light is involved. We especially recommend it:
- for a new build or a major renovation, where we can plan the lighting from the drawings with your designer or architect;
- when you have large windows, a view to protect from the sun, or a bedroom that needs to be fully dark;
- for a condo or an existing home, with RadioRA 3, which goes in without major work;
- for a second home in the Eastern Townships or in South Florida that you want to control remotely.
Lutron works beautifully on its own. If you also want music, TVs and temperature in the same app, we connect it to Crestron or Control4.

Can Lutron be installed in an existing home?
Yes. Lutron offers wireless dimmers and keypads, so we replace your switches without major work. For shades, we plan power with you, window by window.
What's the difference between RadioRA 3 and HomeWorks?
HomeWorks is the system we recommend: centralized lighting, Ketra, shades and Palladiom keypads in one system, with the most customization. RadioRA 3 is a simpler wireless option for a lighter renovation or a smaller project.
Are Lutron motorized shades noisy?
No. They're very quiet and move together, perfectly aligned. They can follow a schedule or the sun, or respond to a single touch.
Why does Adom only install Lutron shades?
Because shades and lighting should work as one. With Lutron, the same keypad, the same app and the same scenes control both your light and your shades.
Can I control Lutron with my voice?
Yes, with Siri, Alexa or Google Home, in addition to the Lutron app and the wall keypads.
