Perched in the mountains of the Eastern Townships in Mansonville, this residence offers breathtaking views all year round. Every room was designed for comfort, with high-end technology that stays in the background.

All of the home's lighting runs through a centralized Lutron system, controlled by Palladiom keypads. A single press transforms a room with custom scenes designed for each time of day and for special occasions: a warm glow in the evening, bright, clear light in the middle of the day. In the kitchen, Lutron-controlled LED strips add a soft touch, and a Control4 touchscreen sits alongside the Palladiom keypads. Discover our approach to lighting control.

In the master bedroom, filled with windows, wired Lutron motorized shades let you dial in natural light: fully open to the view, halfway, three quarters, or fully closed. Pico remotes control both the shades and the lights. See our motorized shades.

In the main living area, Sonance speakers with the Discrete Openings System were built into the decorative beams. The sound is rich and immersive, and the clean, minimalist design stays intact. More on multi-room audio.
