The Penthouse

This magnificent Griffintown penthouse in Montreal offers a panoramic view of the Lachine Canal and downtown. Its majestic windows are at the heart of the experience.

We fitted nearly every window with motorized shades. Each housing was painted the same color as the frame, for a clean, professional finish that goes unnoticed. The view stays front and center, and daylight can be adjusted whenever you need. See our motorized shades.

A centralized Lutron lighting system was installed throughout the loft, making it easy to move from one mood to another. Discover our approach to lighting control.

In the living room, a The Frame television respects the look of the space: when it's off, it looks like a piece of art.
