The River
A modern home on the St. Lawrence where the shades follow the sun all day, and music moves from the living room to the terrace.
This beautiful modern residence in Candiac sits on the banks of the St. Lawrence River. With this much light and this much view, the technology had to stay out of the way.
4K video is distributed throughout the house, and the TVs blend into the decor. No equipment is in sight: every component lives in a centralized rack, out of view.
The shades use daylight harvesting to find the right balance and reduce glare throughout the day, without anyone having to think about it. See our motorized shades.
Five audio zones, running on the Sonos interface, let the owners enjoy their favorite music inside and out. More on multi-room audio.
