The Balance

This prestigious residence in Candiac is full of elegance and distinction. Our additions were designed to work hand in hand with its original charm.

The lighting adjusts each room to preset scenes, such as morning, aperitif or evening, creating just the right atmosphere for any occasion. Every scene can be fine-tuned or changed from the touchscreens and mobile devices. Motion sensors let you move through the house without pressing a single button: the light simply follows you. Discover our approach to lighting control.

Outside, landscape lighting highlights the home's beautiful architectural features.

All 16 rooms have sound, and recessed shades dress the main bedrooms and the basement. See multi-room audio and our motorized shades.

All the TVs are centralized, so the latest movies can be watched in any room. The home also has its own home theater.

Wine cellar lighting, radiant floors, the home theater: everything is managed from a universal remote that gives complete control of the house. See how to control everything from one app.
