The Peaceful

On the shores of Lake Memphremagog in Austin, The Peaceful lives up to its name. This Eastern Townships residence strikes a balance between tranquility, comfort and technology, with complete home automation that adapts to every moment.

A centralized Lutron lighting system, run from 6-button Designer series keypads, makes it simple to manage lighting throughout the home. The same keypads also control Lutron motorized shades, placed strategically to bring in as much natural light as possible while protecting privacy. See our lighting control and motorized shades.

A multi-zone sound system delivers immersive audio without taking anything away from the decor. Since the client is a sports fan, we installed six televisions: some with Sonos soundbars, others set up as full home theaters with front and rear speakers and a subwoofer.

We also brought many other essentials into the system: door locks, the main water valve, patio heaters, thermostats and more. Everything can be controlled from the in-home touchscreen or from a phone, anywhere in the world. Even on vacation, there's nothing to worry about. See how to control everything from one app.
