Located on the stunning shores of Lake Memphrémagog, this multi-acre estate is an exceptional property recently acquired by one of our loyal clients. The property includes two fully equipped guesthouses, an expansive garage for a car collection, converted into a modern gym with a loft, and a grand main house whose architecture evokes European castles.
While the main house was already equipped with several smart home systems, such as motorized shades, lighting control, and a multi-room audio system, much of the equipment was over 15 years old. A complete upgrade was necessary to fully realize the technological potential of the property.
We installed the QSX system for lighting control and replaced all keypads with models from the Palladiom series, featuring a sleek glass finish. We also modernized nearly all the televisions in the residence by integrating The Frame TVs, which seamlessly blend into the decor by mimicking works of art.
For audio, we added several new indoor zones and installed a Sonance Landscape speaker system outdoors, ensuring optimal sound coverage along the entire waterfront.
Finally, we completely overhauled the network infrastructure across the estate. Fiber optic connectivity now extends from the main house to the three additional residences and the two entry gates. This upgrade provides the client with optimal network coverage throughout the estate, as well as enhanced control over access points, ensuring seamless connectivity and increased security.
