Working with teams we appreciate is always a pleasure, and this third project with the same client, architect, and contractor is proof of that. Located just minutes from the Ranch, completed in 2020, this new residence shares a similar style and approach to home automation.
We installed a centralized Lutron system for global lighting control. As with previous projects, the Palladiom series keypads allow the creation of lighting scenes that highlight the spaces and the already exceptional materials.
To preserve the residence’s clean and minimalist aesthetic, we opted for discreet and minimalist speaker solutions. The Frame TV and Sonos soundbar were cleverly integrated into the decor, achieving a perfect balance between technology and design.
Finally, as in most of our projects, we deployed a wifi network that offers excellent coverage throughout the residence using Ubiquiti access points wired in advance. This type of setup is essential in large homes with materials like glass, concrete, or steel framing, which can hinder network propagation.
We are thrilled to have completed this hat trick. Thank you to all the stakeholders for their collaboration and continued trust.
